Le juge Mamadou Cissé FALL récompensé, Macky Sall l’a nommé président du tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar en remplacement du juge Moustapha Fall désormais Conseiller à la Cour Suprême.
Pour rappel, La magistrature a connu encore des mouvements. A la suite d’une consultation à domicile, Mamadou Cissé Fall a été nommé président du Tribunal de grande instance (Tgi) de Dakar. Il remplace Moustapha Fall qui n’aura fait que moins de 5 mois à ce poste puisqu’il a été promu lors du Conseil supérieur de la magistrature du 20 février dernier. Mamadou Cissé était juge dans le procès opposant Ousmane Sonko à Mame Mbaye Niang. Il a été procédé aussi à d’autres nominations.
